Join us, this Saturday, February 27th, as one of New York’s most celebrated musicians, bandleaders, composers and arrangers, Igmar Thomas performs at Chappaqua Station. Igmar Thomas has toured and collaborated with Lauryn Hill, Esperanza Spalding, Mos Def, Wyclef Jean, John Legend, Lionel Hampton, Gregory Porter and many others.
Trained at Berklee’s College of Music in Boston, Igmar’s passion for finding exceptional talent, coupled with his ability to create innovative and imaginative sounds has taken him to the stages of Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Centre, Apollo Theatre and The House of Blues. The trio consists of Igmar on Trumpet, Zaccai Curtis on keys and Alex Hernandez on upright bass.
