Sheila was one year old the first time her mother hit her. Throughout her childhood she swore she would never be a parent like her mom. “I will never hit my kids!” was a common comment for Sheila to make. Now Sheila has children of her own and she feels the same frustrations her mother felt. She finds herself giving the children a “pop” and saying hurtful things to get them to listen. We help parents like Sheila. STOP THE CYCLE!
